Canada Get Fit helps Canadians in Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga train and prepare for half marathons, full marathons and cycling events in a friendly group atmosphere.
Together with our members, Canada Get Fit has changed hundreds of lives and we want to help you change yours too.
Canada Get Fit has it origins dating back to 1997 when a group of runners came together to train for and complete their first marathon. More than 15 years later the group is still going strong. Running and training together on a regular basis with defined programs, weekly newsletter and blog sharing the latest running news, information and group member achievements. Canada Get Fit has programs for the novice and those inspired to improve their overall performance. We’re proud to support participation in exercise for fitness, health and enjoyment.
Saturday Morning Runs
Locations: Variety of location start points with bases at Glen Abbey Rec Centre (Map) and & Bronte Heritage Park (Map) (base of Bronte Rd & Ontario St)
Weeknight runs – Monday & Wednesday Night
Monday Night @ Loyola High School (Nottinghill & Upper Middle)
Wednesday Nigth @ Glen Abbey Rec Centre (near the gymnastics centre)
